Hey mamma!!!

Not tons happened this week either. That is way cool with all of the people leaving i know all the ones that you said and i hope they all do really well. I can see all of them being really good missionaries. We had a couple of things happen this week. We found a couple of people to teach but for some reason some of them are just not sticking. We had one person who we taught and he said that he really wanted to be baptized but when we went back to his house he was never there so we kept calling him and eventually he changed his answering machine to "elders i am really busy with work right now but i will see you on the 21st" It was pretty funny but we are wondering what happened. We did find a guy next door to his place named โอ. He is a christian and the fist thing that he said was to come in because at his house all christians are welcome. I dont know if he is catholic or protestant but we didnt even say who we were or what we were doing. Elder Gudmundsen and i talked after and there is a page in PMG that says that some people will just recognize that we are the Lords servants and that is how it was. He brought out his bible and was really excited to learn. The first thing that we teach is the Book of Mormon in this kind of a situation. We started teaching him and he said something that no christian in thailand ever says. He said that he learned in the Bible that just because God gives us one thing doesnt mean that he wont give us more. Usually they quote a part in revelations where it says that there will be no book after this one but they dont consider that the Book of Mormon was written before John wrote that hahaha but he took the Book and was going to read and pray about it. He talked about how his sister had come home from france and she was converted from buddism and came home and told them to throw out everything about buddha they had and they did. He was way cool but he had to go out of town for work and wanted to visit his girlfriend. Yesterday we also taught a person who was really being worked on by the spirit but was trying to deny it. The more that he tried the more he struggled with it and he couldnt express what he was feeling but he wanted us to come back so we are going to tomorrow. We also found someone who used to meet with the Missionaries but they stopped meeting with him for no reason and we have no record of him so it was really weird so he wanted to be taught again and wants to be baptized but he wasnt sure when yet.

Tell Wilson and his sister that I said hi next time that you see him. I didnt ever get to see him before i left which was a bummer. We did see a preview of the Harry Potter Movie and it looks so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elder Gudmundsen was rubbing it in my face that he gets to see it before i do hahaha but i would much rather be here and he said that he would too hahaha. I still dont like the fact that my church isnt going to be my church when i get home! how am i supposed to give directions to our church now hahah i cant just say look for the big brown building hahaha. Well that was about all that had happened this week. I did see 2 more elephants and this week i get to go on exchanges with a person who is from laos who doesnt speak english hahaha it will be an adventure. It sounds like everything is going well back at home but just keep me updated!

Hey Dad!!!!
Hahaha i still cant believe the boat wasnt fixed yet hahaha but it sounds like it should be good by the time that i get home. I did learn that i cant go fishing here but really the only place to go fishing is in a pond about 2 kilos away or in the pond in front of our house. There are cat fish there but they cant be eaten just because of how dirty it is hahaha. You will see it in one of the picturres and videos that we have but there was a freaking huge spider that was in our house. We killed it with bug spray and a lighter. It was really really fun hahaha. Read moms email because it has what happened this week so it was a really odd week though hahaha. Some of it i will tell you all when i get home. That is really weird what you said about fishing and people actually skiing on Schofield. I know i never saw anyone doing it whenever i went there for scouts. From what i saw right before i left it looked like everywhere was going to have a lot of water hahaha. How are grandma and grandpa doing? Tell them that they can email me and tell them thank you for the letters and that they meant a lot to me. I did see the big sign when we went out of the MTC that ariel fireworks were legal and we all cheered hahaha.
It will really be odd when I get home and have to speak at a different church. I dont like the idea of it hahaha and we have to walk a lot farther to eat at the moellers on fast sunday hahaha. I love you so much dad and thank you for everything that you have done for me. I love you and i know i can never thank you and mom enough.
